“Sheer hilarity”
A Comedy night with a difference
Join us for a night of completely unscripted comedy, where nothing is planned and anything can happen. This is improv at its best — always fun, always unexpected.
If you’re a fan of Whose Line Is It Anyway? or Thank God You’re Here, you’ll love SNAP’s irreverent, fast-paced hilarity.
“Clever, funny, joyful”
New show alert!
For the rest of 2026, we will be bringing our award winning show “How to Seduce a Dragon” to the Raven Hotel as part of our monthly line-up.
How to Seduce Your Dragon is a chaotic, flirty, improvised romantasy where you decide what happens next. Enemies to lovers? Only one bed? Touch her and you die? You decide.
It will start at 7:30pm following our SNAP! (which moves to 6pm).
Talented improv-people
SNAP brings together Brisbane most talented up-and-comers with legends of the Brisbane improv scene.
Presented by Improv Queensland, Brisbane’s longest-running improv company, now celebrating 20 years of making things up on the fly. Come see what happens when quick thinking, creativity and a touch of chaos come together on stage.
Fantastic food and drink
The Raven is the perfect spot to settle in with a drink (and delicious food) and enjoy the show. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space with a great atmosphere — just right for a night out with friends or a spontaneous date idea.
“Hilarity a scripted affair could only dream of”
Upcoming shows
Note, we are now running TWO shows as part of our monthly line-up at the Raven. Our classic SNAP! show will now start at 6pm and will be followed by our incredibly popular How to Seduce your dragon at 7:30pm.
